I would say my PLN is fairly diverse. My PLN takes place in a lot of areas such as school, friends,tiktoks,Esport contents and so on. All of them are either professional or private. And the people in my PLN is diverse as well including families, friends, colleagues, strangers…

PLN definitely helped me learning so much i could not learn on my own. It also taught me what others are thinking. And it is amazing that so many thoughts are interacting on the internet which really broaden my knowledge of the contents. Even though some of the voices are pretty wrong or offensive , seeing all kinds of people online is quite helpful for understanding the online society and my own PLN.

I am ensuring my exposure to diversity and inclusion by keep in touch with the contents and the people in my PLN. For instance, I browse my social medias which has all kinds of posts and contents by people everyday and commenting and liking some of them. And i also expand my PLN often by talking to people who shares the same interests online.

Individuals are very likely to continue with their content and network. However, some major changes in one’s life could result in not continuing and sometimes it just depends on the mood and chances.

Some of the skills people developed are applicable in professional practice. Like interacting professionally with people online is a skill and it helps people when they talk to their colleagues. The emotional quality(EQ) they developed also help them in real life. Moreover, people learn new things every day through PLN , some of the skills must be useful in a professional practice.
