Media literacy has always been one of the biggest issue people discuss. Conflict happens when one’s belief don’t agree with another’s. Media is one of the most powerful weapons to control trends and comments. People see what they see, and generate different thoughts based on what they see. Therefore, conflicts and disagreements. Sometimes it is a good thing to see other point of views. Under the circumstances that there are so much media misleading information or media lies, some people are confused about the factual information as well. Thus, factual information is not so factual anymore. This could raise up to a philosophical study where Nihilism is emphasized. But in my opinion, see everything that you can and decide based on your own experiences and knowledge. Again, conflicts come from that too.

Having a PLN help values media literacy. Your PLN provide you with a lot of different point of views to revalue media literacy over and over. Not to mention that the PLN you created must show at least some level of similarities on valuing media literacy. Briefly, people who are on the same page can discuss problems more efficiently.
